Anytime i try to add a user to conference by trying to dial 00xxxxxxxxxxx doesnt accept the input.
I then set the digitmap below by adding R00,R0RRxxxxxxx to [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T
What i was trying to achieve here is it eliminate the first two zeros and then replace it with one 0 hope that works. Is that correct. Check the final result below. Thanks
[2-9]11T|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|R00,R0Rxxxxxxx.T|[2-9]xxT|*xx

So you discovered the cause. And even solution - just rewrite it using correct "Dial Plan" syntax as described in Administrators Guide.

I assume you mean "Dial Plan" as nothing like 'digitmap' exists.
Unfortunately, even with it it's so hard to understand you. You mention 'R00,R0RRxxxxxxx' string added to Dial Map - but I don;t know what letter 'R' mean inside of it. It have no special meaning and is interpreted verbatim. And I see no "replace something by something" syntax in string at all. Did you disclosed the Dial Plan string you are using verbatim, or the 'R' is placeholder for something else ?
Did you read Dial Plan description in Administrators guide ?

I just realised the R00,R0RRxxxxxxx' string which means remove is not a CISCO standard. It was meant for another device and of course in their digitmap interpretation it means remove 00 and replace with 0. This was meant for another device.
