Hello,
I need help with my phone, it was working fine then it retsarted and the lights came up orange and failed to authenticate. I did a factory reset and same thing came up. I am not sure how to fix it. I am not an ip phone savvy!! so I need patience! can anyone help me please

Phone needs to be configured correctly - at least outgoing proxy, login name and password. If it doesn't work despite configured, only VoIP provider can disclose why. Call support.
Just blind shot - did you paid the bills ?

I know this might be a stupid question, but who can provide me with the proxy, login user and password?

A VoIP provider is selling you the voice services and your phone is registered to it's server. It may or may not be the same company providing Internet connection to you.
Your VoIP provider will know credentials and/or other configuration values required for registration of your phone..
