Hello,

I am new with Cisco Voice products and now I need to check UC520 configuration and change some things.

How can I check basic configuration with CLI like dial plans, numbers, etc?

I was searching for some CLI manual but I couln't find a good one, some commands doesn't exist.

Thanks,

Dario

It is worth pointing out that the UC520 is TAC/Smartnet supported.... and I have found that TAC generally wants nothing to do with CCA. It seems like only the SBCS is fixated on the CCA issue.

This is the manual:

Hi,

Why does it have to be CLI ?

CCA is pretty good with veiwing and modifying dial plans, both in and out going.

You should know, that if you mix CLI config with CCA config, then you will not get TAC support coverage, should you need further assistance in the future.  Its only one or the other, or you have Voice specialised certification.

A better alternative is that you give maintenance of your system to a reputable consultant, or UC certified Cisco partner, relieving yourself of frustration, much time loss, and getting fast and sure results.
