Transferencia de llamados

Buenas tardes, por medio del presente quisiera solicitar apoyo en la resolución de un problema:

Tenemos un CUCME 9.1.2.10000-28 y al establecer una llamada hacia la red publica, una vez establecida se realiza la transferencia a un anexo interno, esta llamada se pierde, realizamos pruebas con el proveedor de telefonía y nos indica que el cambio de codec g.729 al g.711 no se esta realizando, favor podrían guiarme en la revision y solución de esta situación.

El telefono del cual se está realizandp la llamada es un Cisco 7960.

Hola, para que tus llamadas logren establecerse, necesitas hacer negociacion entre codecs y para esto es necesario que des de alta recursos de transcoding en tu equipo, primero revisa si tienes instalados PVDMS en tu equipo y de ser asi necesitas configurar SCCP en donde daras de alta la el profile de sccp

Revise lo que me señalaste, pero el problema persiste, a continuacióninserto una captura de una llamada, la cual genere de un IPCommunicator y una vez establecida trate de transferirla, pero se corta, la causa de corte es la 65.

Yo tengo el mismo problema con extensiones concretas cuando el usuario al que se desvía un teléfono y lo intenta descolgar  suena comunicando y no permite recuperar la llamada
