I am unable to connect VPN through my mobile device. I tried both android and iphone phones, but both are failing. Please find the log file as attached. I am getting following message "The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication".
Surprisingly I am able to connect from my laptop (windows 10).
The problem started recently only, before that it was working fine from my both mobile devices
Please help to resolve
