Remote access for IP camera /streaming media

                   Hello

What Cisco devices( VPN Routers,firewalls etc) is best to connect 3 branch offices ( One located is different country , and other two in different cities)

for ip camera monitoring  as below?

1. All video monitoring should be at head office

2. Head office has Static IP . other branches has dynamic ips

3. No leased lines . all branches have internet access with dynamic ips

probably asa 5505 can connect to hq

in hq it can be any router like 881 or 1900 or asa 5505 too
