Static IPs for specific clients?
Lets say you have the pool 10.20.30.0/24 so you want the CEO, your pc, and your boss PC to always received the same IP when using anyconnect?
I tried to accomplished the same in the past but I couldn't find a easy solution, how many endpoints are we talking? you can uses a different connection profile for those users or if you have control over those PC you can use HostScan to determine the right device.
Here are few good reads for configuring HostScan:-

Hi Rolando ,
Thank you for answer , I mean , I have 2 ASA and Install 2 Location , If I connect to ASA at Location A , Client get 1 Static IP and If I connect to ASA at Location B Client get Static IP(difference IP from Location 1)
Thank you.

I noticed you have another thread (https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13161201/ip-local-pool-lease-timerecycle-delay-anyconnect-session) so I will reply only here.
I feel like you have a general struggle configuring AnyConnect in general, follow the setup wizard and you should be good to go.

The DCHP pool is configured during the wizard.
