unable to telnet after vpn connectivity

Dear Listers,

I have the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client on windows 10 64bit. My VPN connectivity is fine

After the connectivity is done I can even remote to various servers using MSTSC ( Remote Desktop Client)

When I do an telnet to one of the servers I get the following message.

telnet 1xx.1xx.1xx.1xx 28000

Connecting To 1xx.1xx.1xx.1x...Could not open connection to the host, on port 28000: Connect failed.

Other functionalities work very fine....except this. How should I resolve this

Regards

Vilas
