3002 to pix 525 VPN tunnel

I have set up vpn tunnel between public ip address of 3002 and pix public ip address. I get the tunnel up and working . But, i can not get virtual ip address from pix DHCP pool when i do ipconfig/all in my pc which is behind 3002. i can not ping the private ip address which is behind pix. Any idea, what i am doing wrong? Thanks
