We have a few Windows XP users, with the most current VPN 4.8 client that are experiencing drops from our VPN 3005 Concentrator (running the latest firmware). The 3005 is set for a 1 hour timeout disconnect but these users are experiencing drops much sooner than 1 hour.
Any ideas what could be causing this? The problem is obviously client side, but I'm not sure what to look for in the client side logs to give me a clue as to why the disconnect is happening.
