Access denied

Hi,

I'm trying to log in to my work network on Windows 7, i've updated Java to version 8 but still getting the following error message, I use a remote token, have tried the internet with no solution, any help would be greatly appreciated.

'Access Denied

Your system failed to be validated by the Cisco Secure Desktop and will not be granted access.
Critical failure.
Cisco Secure Desktop must run and validate your system to proceed. Please verify your browser settings and configuration and retry.'

Hi,

It seems that the DAP policy may be denying you the access. Could you please confirm that what DAP policy you are hitting and also check the syslogs for further information.

If possible please share the output of debug dap trace and syslogs of the time when you access the VPN.
