ACS dynamic mapped user

We have several external databases in our ACS installation which are asked as external authentication source. Some users (800) which are currently dynamically found/mapped have been migrated to another external database. Can anyone give me a hint what is the best method to delete the 800 dynamic mapped users from the ACS, that these will be found in the new database through the next login ? AFAIK a reboot of ACS would not solve this issue because the dynamic users are non volatile cached ?

Though in ACS 3.3.3.11 there's isnt direct way to delete dynamic users, as its there in ACS 4.0.

But I think we can attain that using accountsaction.csv RDBMS synchronization.
