All Company users when connecting externally get "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet Connectivity". we can connect internally.
Using AnyConnect VPN 4.8.01090
connection is anyconnect.xxx.com (where xxx is company name) - i can ping this IP internally, not externally. Checked to see if firewall rules may have been added and attached these. although i can't see how that would block the connection? - added screenshot.
I've checked out the servers that run the ASDM platform, and it's running OK.
Any suggestions?
