Android anyconnect launch at Startup

I am new with cisco anyconnect on android and have the following queries regarding the feature 'Launch at Startup' for Cisco anyconnect(Android) as documented in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect46/user/guide/Android_AnyConnect_User_Guide_4-6-x.html#d25e1567a1635

1. Does this feature starts up the Anyconnect app and automatically connects on of the VPN profile when my Android Phone boots up?

2. I have downloaded the 4.7.03061, and under the Setting, there is no 'Launch at Startup' checkbox. Any idea where can I enable this?

In the vpn profile you need to make sure that you set this user control

Thanks for the reply, how about the function of "Launch at Startup", does it automatically connect to a VPN profile once the android phone boots up?
