AnyConnect 3.1.10010 Connection Attempt has failed due to network or PC Issue

I have a new Windows 10 Home PC.    I am trying to connect to my work computer with VPN using the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.    

When I log in and type in my credentials to connect,  I get this message Connection Attempt has failed due to network or PC Issue as our system is calling to confirm my connection.

This machine came with McAffee, that I have uninstalled.     I have tried turning off the Windows Firewall,  allowing Cisco through the Windows Firewall,  but no luck with any of this.

What am I missing here?

What version of AnyConnect do you have installed?

Earlier versions did not support and had issues with Windows 10's presentation of network adapters.
