AnyConnect 3.1.5.05170

Hello!

My network administrator created a .msi for AnyConnect 3.1.05170.  This includes the profile that should show up as an option in the drop down menu.  This allows the user to choose that location to VPN into.

I was asked to package the .msi along with the profile so that we can create a Group in AD and push it down to our workstations/laptops.

When I test out the install command in a Command Prompt and the .msi is on my local machine, it loads fine and the Profile is there.  When I move the folder containing the .msi along with the Profile .xml to a network folder and test it out using a Command Prompt, it installs the software fine, but the profile never shows up.  I'm currently using the MSIEXEC /i command and point it to the path where the AnyConnect folder is located.

>>>

msiexec.exe /i \\server\folder\anyconnectwin3105170predeployk9.msi" /qn

<<<

I've tested this on two different VMs and my business laptop.  Each one has the same results.

Any ideas of why the profile doesn't like the network folder location?

Thanks!

Ray
