Hello All,
Is it possible to built Anyconnect 4.x set up using ISE only?.
If yes is there any license requirement and how.
Thanks in advance

What do you mean with "using ISE only"?
In general: For using AnyConnect you need the right license. If you just want to use the VPN-component, the PLUS-License is enough. Here it doesn't matter if you authenticate against the local ASA-database, the ISE or a different server.
If you want to use AnyConnect for posturing the client before the connection is done, the PLUS-license is not enough. Here you need the APEX license (for both AnyConnect and ISE).

Thank you Karsten for reply. ISE only means is it possible to use ISE as a VPN gateway instead of ASA or router. I want to use Cisco anyconnect 4.x

No, the ISE is a AAA-server and can't act as a VPN-Gateway. For that you still have to use a different device.
