AnyConnect and IP Communicator voice quality

We have recently rolled out AnyConnect SSL Client to our users. Many are complaining about voice quality with IP Communicator.

Research has very limited results. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thing I should look at.

I did find this online:

Q. Does ASA SSL VPN (AnyConnect Client or Clientless) support QOS and policing bandwidth management capabilites?

A. No. ASA SSL VPN doesn't support these capabilities.

Internally QoS is solid. Is there anything I can check that may be causing the issue.

We migrated from the VPN Client which connected to a VPN concentrator and users had no issues then.

Any ideas?

For now I removed rtsp inspection from the default inspect policy.

Hopefully this does the trick.
