AnyConnect Client does not open SAML SSO prompt

Dear community,

our company has setup Azure AD as SSO identity provider for connecting to the VPN with anyconnect.

In the most cases everything works as expected. One can enter the VPN gateway and click on "connect". A browser window opens and one can login using Azure AD credentials.

In my case, it is not working. When I click on "connect", the classic login form opens instead of the brwoser SSO window (see screenshot below).

I tried this on a different computer as well and there it is working as expected. So this must be something machine related.
I tried to uninstall anyconnect and to delete any settings on the machine. I made a fresh install and tried again. Unfortunately, it did not help.

Is there a way to enforce the anyconnect client to use SAML SSO?

Or is there some server-side setting which identifies my machine by its MAC address and leads to the classical credential prompt just for this machine?

It's very strange since it is working for the most machines.

Used AnyConnect version: 4.10.05095
Used OS: Windows 11
