Has anyone encountered problems with the CISCO Anyconnect clients for remote vpn access? We have users who have been using it and working along fine and then one day all of a sudden they get an error and it won't let then on. Sometimes, the helpdesk changes their password and that fixes it but their password never actually changed.
We are running Anyconnect version 2.0.0343 with ASA5520 8.0(3). Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Greg,
What error messages do your clients get? Is there anything in the logs on
your device, or can you debug svc while one of these problem clients tries
to connect? Also, are you using the local AAA database for authentication or
another source like a radius server/Active Directory/etc?

I have not tried to run debugging yet and don't have the exact error messages. We are using Verisign CA's for authentication. One of the clients was running Windows server 2K3.
