AnyConnect connecting/disconnecting repeatedly

Cisco AnyConnect is constantly connecting and disconnecting when the user starts up each morning. eventually it connects permanently.

 

See the screenshots from the event logs and also from the VPN message history. Searching through the DART bundle at this exact time I found the following errors.

These don't make any sense to me. I'm thinking it's the home users internet connection interfering somehow or the VPN software is corrupted and needs a reinstall.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I've been noticing this on my device in our network for about a week now too on the v4.9.06037 AnyConnect client. From a user perspective the experience is a successive series of pop-ups from the system try for each disconnect/reconnect the VPN performs during establishment of the connection. Hadn't yet polled others internally to see if I am just an anomaly.
