AnyConnect connection issues router/hardwired

Hello All,

I am a college student, and the university requires the use of AnyConnect VPN when remotely connecting.

When I try to connect via wifi using my Apple Airport Extreme router, I get this message "unable to connect to connCould not connect to server.  Please verify Internet connectivity and server address". If I hardwire my computer with the ethernet cable, it connects instantly. 

The Uni's tech dept. has been no help, and was curious if anyone here had any ideas.

Can you please explain the environment, what is ASA mode ? what code it running ?

Also what  is version of any connection ? have you tried with latest version ?
