AnyConnect connects and Pings PCs but cannot connect to Remote Desktop

I have a Cisco ASA 5510 firewall that I am trying to setup for remote desktop through a VPN connection.  Users connected by VPN from the outside can successfully ping their workstations with static IP addresses, but they cannot connect a remote desktop session to their office PCs.  When connected by VPN a PowerShell Test-NetConnection fails to connect to workstations on port 3389.  Attached is a crude drawing of the network and the edited output from the ASA’s running configuration.  I suspect in addition to not having the correct settings for remote desktop to work, there are other incorrect or unnecessary settings in the configuration caused by desperate attempts to get things working.  Any help in getting the remote desktop to work or cleaning up the configuration is greatly appreciated.

The issue was with the Windows firewall.  It considered the new network a guest network, which it was configured to block remote desktop traffic on.
