AnyConnect - Could not connect to server. Please verify Internet connectivity and server address

I have AnyConnect VPN access enabled at 5 different locations around the globe.  Recently I have users, myself included that are unable to connect to two of the ASA firewalls using AnyConnect.  The error message is always the same "Could not connect to server. Please verify Internet connectivity and server address".  Other users do not seem to be affected by this problem when connecting to the same ASA's.

In my case I can ping the firewalls and I can connect to both of the ASA's via SSH and ASDM but not using the AnyConnect client.  I've also tried connecting directly to the ASA firewall using the IP address of the ASA firewall with no luck.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the AnyConnect software multiple times including the files located in "C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client".

I've verified that the Windows 10 firewalls are all disabled.

I don't believe its the local ISP since this is happening to various users located around the world. None of the ASA are currently running the same ASA code and have not been updated in months. I thought it might be a problem with the AnyConnect client release so I upgraded the clients to the most recent version of AnyConnect code.

Any ideas

Hi

Have you tried running a debug webvpn and debug webvpn anyconnect to see why your user wasn't able to connect?
Can you share these debugs?

Thanks
Francesco
