AnyConnect - DNS server in combination with Split Tunnel?

We are running a few connection profiles, all with split tunneling enabled (split tunnel list defined). If we're running AnyConnect like this and specify DNS servers in the group policy, should i also specify these DNS servers in the Split Tunnel List and thus also in the applied ACL (from VPN pool --> DNS server)

If you have DNS servers specfied then they must be reachable by the client.  If you need to add them to the split tunnel list to allow this - then do it.
