Anyconnect error // Unable to get user logon counts

Hi community,

I have an issue with connecting to my ASA using Anyconnect from a Winwows 2003 R2 SP2.

User is connected with RDS on this machine and try to connect to the ASA with Anyconnect, but he gets the following error message :

Feb 28 13:39:57 Berlin: %ASA-svc-5-722010: Group <Mycustomer_GroupPolicy> User <myuser> IP <AA.BB.CC.DD> SVC Message: 16/ERROR: Unable to get user logon counts for profile setting compliance verification..

I've created a client profile to allow connection from RDS :

Windows VPN Establishment > "AllowRemoteUsers” in the xml file, applied to the groupPolicy.

This works great on another machine, windows server 2008.

This VPN profile works frine from anywhere else and have the standard configuration.

So i Guess this is not a misconfig on the ASA but maybe an issue with the environment. User is using a terminal.

Anyone by chance could send me some troubleshooting guidelines ?

Thanks a lot for your help.
