Anyconnect for Android 9 with IPSec

Hello,

i have a tablet with Android 9 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 5Se) and i would like to configure an IPSec VPN account with PSK, Identifier and server address.

With android 9 a connection did not work for me. But i have downloaded the anyconnect client. Does anybody know, how to configure an IPSec connection with a PSK?

Hi,
It's not possible to use PSK for Remote Access VPNs if using AnyConnect VPN Client. Previously with the old (depreciated) Cisco VPN Client you could use Group PSK. The only option you have now are certificates and/or aaa (MFA/2FA or username/password).

No its not possible. I have tried to use the VPN feature which is included in the settings of Android 9, but it hasn't worked.

And with Anyconnect, i dont have an option to add a PSK or an group identifier.

Any other idea how to get work a VPN connection?

With AnyConnect, the only option you have now are certificates and/or aaa (MFA/2FA or username/password).
