Hello,
All of a sudden our Anyconnect clients can't connect to our network via VPN. We use both the 2.5 and 3.1 versions. When we enter the IP address it connects fine to the Cisco Router and is prompt for authentication. We enter username and password and it gives message "Anyconnect is not enabled on the VPN server"
Radius is working as it is authenticating when I test it on the Cisco Router. Also if I type in a bad username and password on the anyconnect client it states login failed.
Anyconnect is enabled. So I am not sure what is wrong at this point. Any ideas?

The routers can be a bit of a poor cousin to the ASA when it comes to AnyConnect.
I know it sounds lame, but have you tried power cycling the router?
Make sure the anyconnect packages are in flash and still referenced in the config.

The original post states that AnyConnect was working and then suddenly stopped working. Were there any config changes made about that time? Was there any upgrade in code about that time?
Make sure that logging is enabled (preferably at level of debug) and then attempt a connection, and while attempting the connection check for any log messages relative to this.
It would be helpful if the original poster would post the config.
