Anyconnect license question

Hi Guys, I have two questions about ASA and VPN.

• When I use Anyconnect with the IPSec option, this would consume SSL license available on the ASA? (I have an AnyConnect Mobile Essential License)

• How do I confirm in the ASA FW, that the IPSEC is active or ready for an anyconnect connection?
