Attached screenshot of the error message.

Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, 64-bit

AnyConnect Version: 3.1.10010

I believe AnyConnect is supported in Ubuntu LTS versions, but still I face this issue. Please help me fix this.

Thanks,

Hey Arun,

Support for Ubuntu 14 was added in anyconnect version 4.1.0028.

please see the belwo release notes:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect41/release/notes/b_Release_Notes_AnyConnect_4_1.html#reference_467195CDD71947948872259D1DB91158

can you try upgrading the client and check if it works for you.

Also share the IOS version on the ASA.

Regards

Thanks for the response.

I tried with anyconnect-4.1.04011. I get "Posture Assessment: Failed" message while trying to connect.

I use one-time passcode generated using SafeWord hardware token for authentication purposes. I'm not sure how to look for IOS version on the ASA. Please clarify.

Thanks,

Arun

Hey Arun,

You can use this command to check the IOS version on the ASA:

"show version"

can you put here the running-config of the ASA.

Regards

I'm sorry this may sound dumb, but I am not sure how to access the ASA console from my machine.

I'm actually trying to connect to Cisco network from my personal laptop. I downloaded anyconnect client ("anyconnect-predeploy-linux-64-4.1.04011-k9.tar.gz") from this link: https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286281283&flowid=72322&softwareid=282364313&release=4.1.04011&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

Could you please guide me how to fetch the configuration info you would like to look at?
