Anyconnect reconnecting when connected to Remote Desktop

Hi,

We have problem with Anyconnect VPN connection. Two cases (two separate companies):

1. Anyconnect VPN working fine, but after connecting to Remote Desktop, Anyconnect is still reconnecting.

2. Anyconnect VPN working fine, even after connecting to Remote Desktop, but often reconnecting during large file transfer into remote desktop computer.

Both VPN configured on FPR1010. Could You help?

I have exactly the same problem at exactly the same device: Cisco Firepower 1010 Threat Defense (FTD). I'm using Firepower Device Manager (FDM).

Any ideas?

Hi Patryk Klaczynski,

Can you share a DART from one of the testing computer? 

Considering the description of the problem sounds like this could be related to MTU but there are also multiple other possibilities,  with the DART we can try to find out why this is happening.

If you can't share the DART based on the fact this could include sensitive information i will recommend you to open a TAC case so we can help.
