I recently bought and set up a new router/modem (Motorola 8733). Works great; however, when I went to use my work laptops Cisco Secure Mobility Client fails to connect. I've been using the Cisco application with my old modem for years. I'm pretty computer illiterate and my office help desk isn't much help. I would like to know if Cisco Anyconnect application even works with this modem/router or if there is something I can do to get connected to my work. I'm unable to alter my work laptop setup so I was wondering if I could update the modem/router to give my work laptops access. Any help is appreciated or I'll have to return this modem. Thanks

I have a complicated setup (two more routers connected for LAN segmentation Short term workaround was to change 8733 to bridge. This allows the laptop to connect but requires a factory reset of the 8733 and total reconfiguration. A simpler fix, I use my phone as a hotspot. I have a trouble ticket with work tech support. If they give me settings that work, I'll update them here.
