I have a ASA5505 that is currently covered under a SmartNET 24x7x4 hour service contract.
The ASA 5505 comes bundled with licenses for 2 Anyconnect Premium licenses.
Earlier this week, cisco is preventing the download of Anyconnect software , despite a valid Smartnet service contract on the 5505, and stating "Additional Entitlement Required".
I have opened ticket with TAC and am being told that to download Anyconnect software I need to purchase Plus/Apex license !!!
Since cisco no longer supports the VPNClient, I need to start using Anyconnect.
Any suggestions or experiences on how to obtain Anyconnect software for the 2 included licenses on the 5505 ?
