I want to auto connect to a VPN using AnyConnect. The VPN uses username and password for authentication. Currently, I am unable to auto login easily, because there is no option to store the authentication details. Also, it seems that safer methods, where only a token is stored and not the authentication details themselves (like OAuth), is currently not supported.
Please change that.
I am aware that I can use a workaround (creating a file with the details myself and then using a script as described here or here, but that does not seem very nice). Also, I could ask the VPN provider to change to certificates, but that also does not seem realistic nor practical.
