Anyconnect is trying to connect to the VPN everytime a the users come into the office. Recently we've deployed Umbrella VAs and added the VAs IPs to the DHCP scope, so user's in the office are being directed towards the VAs.
- Within Anyconnect, we've updated Trusted DNS servers to include the new VAs IPs : This didnt fix the issue
- we also removed the trusted DNS domain (trusted servers are still there) this also didnt work
- We removed Trusted DNS servers (just the trusted domain remained) this also didnt work : AC still tried to connect
- We added a URL to the Trusted servers using an https url (only accessible internally) : this also didnt work
We seem to have tried everything and we're unable to get Trusted network detection to work.
- Users are running Anyconnect 4.10
- in our GPO, the default domain matches the trusted domain in the XML file. The DNS servers in the GPO are of the old DNS servers (before we pointed our internal network to the Umbrella VAs)
Anyone able to shine a light on this issue
