AnyConnect Upgrade via ASA Headend with a modified File

Hello all: 

Due to AnyConnect Hiding the "Other User Field" on the lock and login screen, we are forced to modify the installer. Is there anyway to upload the modified file to the ASA so that we might still take advantage of upgrading automatically via the webdeploy package instead of being forced to use the pre-deploy package and a tool like SCCM?

When connecting to the ASA the AnyConnect client will not install files that are not signed by Cisco. The AnyConnect downloader will also not run transform files that are not signed by Cisco.  This is due to security concerns with unsigned files.  If you do the install from SCCM or other deployment tool you can use MST files that are unsigned.
