Hoping for some assistance please, my company is running Anyconnect v 6.10.06079
We are struggling with an issue when connecting to VPN, one program is saying that a port is blocked, but according to our settings it is not.
If I connect to VPN whilst connected to Ethernet and then connect to WiFi and unplug the ethernet cable causing the Anyconnect VPN to disconnect and reconnect the port is no longer blocked and the progam works fine. It also works the other way round so if I connect to the wifi, then plug the ethernet in and disconnect the wifi it works. But if for instance I disconnect the cable and replug in the cable, it doesn't work and the port is still blocked, same if i disconnect and reconnect the WiFi.
Our IT are scratching their heads and not sure what else to check.
