Anyconnect vpn backup server does not pass

Hello,

The AnyConnect client software first established connections. if the primary firewall collapsed while undergoing secondary firewall automatically

But AnyConnect while connected to the primary firewall. If the primary firewall collapsed, continuously trying to connect to the primary firewall

How can I solve this problem ?

You need to create a backup server list under the XML profile to get the desired behavior.

Hi rvarelac,

XML added to the backup server. 

During the first connection backup server is switching to successfully. But while there are connections if the server failed, It gets stuck in the AnyConnect reconnect.

I would try to upgrade to the latest Anyconnect version and double check the XML profile is downloaded properly to the PC.

I checked twice profile is automatically download.
