A single user is receiving the Anyconnect error "no valid certificates available for authentication" sporadically.
The error occurs sporadically but occurs frequent enough to cause some headaches. I have observed a successful authentication, disconnect from the VPN only to receive the error. I have not found a pattern to cause the error.
Have tried certificate override on the local profile, running anyconnect as administrator, upgrading to 4.5x Anyconnect from 3.1. Also interesting is that the VPN profile is not setup for certificate authentication we are using 2FA tokens.
User is running Windows 7.
Thoughts on what may be causing this to occur sporadically?
