AnyConnect VPN, connection timed out, verify internet connectivity

Hi. I'm a college student trying to use my college's off-campus VPN, however, I keep running into an issue each time I attempt to connect to the VPN. I get an error notice that says: "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity." This occurs on both my MacBook and iPhone. I'm supposed to be able to log in with my school credentials after I connect, but I can't seem to get past this page. Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions - thanks!

@sbarend23 hi, if this error appears in different devices, most probable reason is your university VPN server is not responding properly. make sure your internet connection is stable. even with stable connection, if you get the errors, escalate to university admin about issue.
