AnyConnect VPN for Windows and Mac OS

Hi support

i configured Anyconnect on my Cisco ASA, it's working fine with only Windows Systems.

The Managing Director uses Mac OS, i installed the mac os anyconnect client on his Mac, but cannot connect to the system

here is a peace of my ASA webvpn configuration

webvpn
enable outside
svc image disk0:/anyconnect-win-4.4.00243-webdeploy-k9.pkg 1
svc enable
group-policy DfltGrpPolicy attributes

How can i use simultaneoulsly Anyconnect for windows and for mac in the same ASA?

You could try downloading and adding the macos webdeploy packet as well, but not sure if it will help.

 svc image disk0:/anyconnect-macos-4.4.00243-webdeploy-k9.pkg 2

You are not sure about your solution

it's possible to use the both Anyconnect on the same ASA for Windows and Mac?

Bogdan is correct, you need to add a web deployment package for each OS connecting to the ASA.

i loaded the mac os package on the ASA and using the both(win and mac)

anyconnect image disk0:/anyconnect-macos-4.4.00243-webdeploy-k9.pkg 2
anyconnect enable
error-recovery disable
