Anyconnect VPN 'Login failed'

Hi there.

I was using the vpn account of my college for two years. It was working perfectly well through the period.

Then I encountered this 'login failed' problem without any detailed information presented (Showed in the attached file). So I wonder it's a problem of Anyconnect or a problem of my educational account.

the attached screenshot does not show any errors, its normal any connect login screen, if you have correct username and password. then it is not connecting.

first check - are you able to ping vpn.uci.edu ?is that works ?

then loging failed you need to contact network admin to look the issue you seeing, then they can able to address and tell you what is wrong ?
