AnyConnect VPN takes more time to Connect [ around :2 minutes]

ASA version: 9.12(4)4

In my organization there are other couples for Anyconnect ASA, if I try to connect with other regions within 30 seconds I can able to connect.

Need you to help on this ????

Hi,

Check the CPU and memory of your VPN gateway as the problem seems local to
it. Also, check the latency and packet drops from the client to the vpn
gateway.

hostname # show cpu
CPU utilization for 5 seconds = 0%; 1 minute: 0%; 5 minutes: 0%
From client PC to ASA gateway:
Minimum = 180ms, Maximum = 184ms, Average = 182ms

From ASA to Radius server:

round-trip min/avg/max = 30/34/40 ms

In the same region we have two ASA box one for production and another for testing: currently am facing issue with testing one.

Check the health status of the radius server. Also, debug radius
authentication on ASA to see the time delay for authentication request and
response.
