Anyconnect VPN will randomly come to foreground

The Anyconnect VPN client will always open when I boot my laptop.  Then throughout the day, the application will come to the foreground, and take focus from my activities in progress.

I have fully uninstalled / reinstalled, however there is no improvements.

Talking to the company IT team, others do not seem to be experiencing this issue

There were couple of discussions surrounding this topic a month or two ago.

Folks who experienced this said that it was during a possible reconnect scenario (when there were connectivity failures) I dont recollect seeing any known bugs around this unless this due to OS behaviour.

You may wanna have your IT team reach out to TAC if this problem can be replicated
