AnyConnect - way to allow incoming connections?

Hi all!

I think I have a simple question (hopefully!)

I use the AnyConnect client on my Win10 system to log in to a VPN server for secure browsing/downloading/etc.

While connected to the VPN server, AnyConnect is blocking ALL inbound connections to my PC, so I am unable to connect via VNC to my PC from the outside world (i.e. my phone or work computer)

I have my router forwarding the VNC port to my PC (it works when the AnyConnect VPN is not active) but it's being blocked.

Is there any way to configure AnyConnect to allow this port to get to the PC?

I don't need split tunneling as I DO want all outgoing connections to go through the VPN, but if it must be turned on to allow this incoming port to get through then I would just need a way to force all outgoing traffic to still use the VPN tunnel.

Thanks everyone!

-Greg
