Anyone adapted mindterm as an ASA5500 webvpn plugin?

In my searching, I've seen lots of discussion about using Mindterm as an alternative to JTA as an ssh/telnet plugin, but I haven't seen anyone that's actually implemented it. Being unfamiliar with java I've spent some time mucking about and managed to decipher the innards of the plugin file itself, and I can get a java solar system app to run (of all things), but I've failed to launch mindterm from the ASA.

Anyone done this?

The core issue is JTA doesn't support ssh 2.0, and that's a requirement of ours.

Has anyone been able to use this?

I am looking for a more userfreindly SSH plugin that can be used for accessing unix boxes from webvpn.

Even when installing the applet on a separate webserver (with a matching html file), the mindterm applet won't launch through webvpn

Is it possible to define your own plugins?

What is needed except a .jar file? What must be in the jar file? I saw a manifest.xml, but what else is needed?

Does anyone have a template?

Thanks,
