AS5300 line problems

Hi. Actually I've been working with a AS5300 with 120 lines. The AS reports six lines with problems. When I cheked its status, I see this messages ( With SH LINE command 😞

If you see the use's column, it is in cero. Of cuourse, those modems has problems. I wrote "clear line" command and the problem is. I shutdown the AS too, but the problem continues. Anybody knows what kind of problem is this? Anybody can help me?

what modems are you using ? Can you post the output of:

show modem version

show modem mapping

show version

Hi Sr. First at all I appreciate a lot your help. This is the output of the "show modemcap" and "show version" commands, because our AS doesn't support your commands.
