AS5300 PROBLEM EMERGENCY

Hi everybody

we have an access server (cisco as5300)

its not my first time to configure one of them but now in this case i have a problem.

we have E1 for dial-up users they can connect and everything is good but after 2 hours everything is change and no one can connects to the router ,on the vty line i see vty is becoming idle but there is no any username for the vty line.

the users trying ,asyncs line for a moment become up but then they are going down.

the users have error 619 and 721.

we have an external radius server.

now when i reload the router everything is fine for about 2 hours.

HELP please.

if you encounter problems is to go back to a single stack member, and disable all other stack members. Then test your PPP Multilink connections, and go through the usual Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) authentication and interface configuration for errors in the configuration and so forth. If the configuration works, enable the other stack members, and then proceed as follows:

Make sure the Stack Group Bidding Protocol (SGBP) is up and running.

debug sgbp hellos

debug sgbp error

Debug PPP Multilink.

show ppp multilink

Debug Virtual Private Dial-up Network (VPDN) and Layer 2 Forwarding Protocol (L2F).

debug vpdn event

debug vpdn error

debug vpdn l2x-error
