AS5350 Modems Don't Answer

I must be missing something. I have an AS5350 with a T1 (not PRI) attached. The line rings, but the modems never pick up. I think I've configured the controller T1, group-async and modem lines properly, but obviously something is wrong. What have I left out?

I may be able to post portions of the configuration, but I can't post everything. I have gone over that document several times. The problem with most of the online documentation is that it expects a PRI to be used, even for analog calls, when I have a T1. The T1 examples are mostly for voice only, not modem calls.

Let me know what you need to see I'll try to get permission to post it.

Your config looks all fine. Please capture the following debugs to further troubleshoot this problem:

debug modem

debug csm modem

debug ppp nego

No output when trying to call in.

And we are sure we are calling into the right number because if we take the controller down, we get a busy.

Is there a different config for dialin?
