ASA AnyConnect VPN behind Meraki Appliance

Hello,

I am trying to setup Anyconnect VPN on ASA 5510. Unfortunately, it needs to be behind a Meraki device. I was hoping to assign public IPs for vpn purposes to meraki and other one on outside interface of ASA and route the vpn traffic through meraki to outside interface of the ASA but I am told meraki won't be able to do that and need 1:1 NAT on meraki.

My question is, if that is the case, what needs to happen on the ASA for VPN to terminate on the ASA? Please see attached diagram.

I decided to go for another solution, only using e0/1 interface on asa and disablign e0/0 and having meraki do 1:1 nat for vpn purposes.
